Our 2 day summer camp at Rolleston this summer was once again a great success, despite the weather not being partcularly kind everyone seemed to enjoy themselves with JP and Kenneth along with some core strengthening Pilates on the Monday evening!
The horses all went well at Brightling Park with both Riverside James and Pure Manhattan in the top ten in the CIC2*. A new addition Jonny Five had a great first run with JP at Aston Le Walls winning his ON section along with Shear Mizou, Riverside James, Some Spring and Witches Touch of Zorro all being placed in their classes.
Team Sheffield had a great trip to Martivast, France a re-located event which is now at the Normandy National Stud. Crown Farm Consort produced an impressive double clear in the CIC3* World Cup Qualifier to finish 10th. Tass and Trescothick both had an unfortunate rail down in the CIC2* showjumping; Pure Manhattan jumped a double clear climbing several places to claim 12th place.
We now look forward to Blair Castle with entries in the 1,2 and 3* then Tass and Trescothick are both in the CIC3* 8 and 9 year old class at Blenheim.

Riverside James proved to be a consistent campaigner once again at Houghton International with a double clear in the CCI2* finishing 8th. Noon Hill in the CCI1* continues to improve producing a confident XC round; he will now progress in his career at Brightling Park in the CIC2*.
The calender is now full of one day competitions along with Jump Cross at Wittering Grange towards the end of June. JP has also been going to various show jumping shows recently hoping to qualify DHI Hindle for HOYS! |

Crown Farm Consort had another successful trip to Chatsworth finishing 5th in the 3* World Cup Qualifier with a faultless XC round and just one show jump down.
Tass also had a successful first advanced run finishing 11th in a very competitive section and Trescothick continued to show great potential at this higher level with a much improved dressage test and confident XC round.
With Houghton and Bramham now looming we hope to have further success at our first 3 Day Events of the season.
